We begin the Spring In-Person Goddess Group by creating a nourishing and supportive space where your nervous system, mind, and body can rest. This spaciousness allows you to hear your truth, intuition, and inner direction. The journey then leads us to the realm of creative manifestation...
Who is the version of you living her greatest and most empowered self? How do you step into the reality where you embody your worth, live in the guidance of your heart, and experience true joy?
In each class, we dive into powerful themes to liberate your divine feminine in all that she is capable of claiming, choosing, and living! These themes include: divine feminine intuition, goddess archetypes, the quantum realm, and creative manifestation.
Our journey guides you to meeting the version of you living your greatest timeline, while lovingly letting go of the old.
Each class is unique, incorporating art therapy, guided meditations and creative manifestation practices. I invite you to explore the 4-class curriculum below and the exciting transformational journey ahead.
Class Themes: Guide your nervous system into deep ease, deep opening, and receiving. What unfolds when we find a little more stillness, when we let go and allow the sacred realm of our divine feminine, the cosmic mind of creation, and the pulse of Mother Nature to flow through us? We receive insights, access our divine feminine intuition, and gain clarity on what will move our life forward.
The Process: We begin by setting our Goddess Group intentions, followed by a 10-minute ball and pressure point practice to release tension and open energy flow. This prepares us for a Goddess guided meditation and sound healing journey. Enter a sacred space to receive, heal, and nourish. We then move into Art Integration - grab pastels, pencil crayons, markers, or paints, and allowing your deeper mind to express what it has been yearning to express. We close with a Goddess Sharing Circle!
Class Themes: The Wild Feminine is the primal energy and deep yearning within us before we were conditioned to stay quiet and be small. When we express her we step into our worth, value, and queen energy. The universe does not limit the pleasure and joy we can create — only we do. It is time to break free, ask for more and choose more. As you do, things start to get really fun - your heart opens and you fall more in love with yourself and your life!
The Process: We explore the goddess archetypes - The Wild Feminine and The Queen Archetype. Through belief system work and energetic release you will identify what blocks you from accessing your inner goddess and letting your greatness lead your life. Then, we journey into the goddess meeting meditation to connect with your inner goddess power and receive guidance and inspiration.
We end with Art Integration, using real gemstones, authentic wood beads and shimmering beads to craft your goddess jewelry. What colours does she want? What kind of stones does she want to adorn you with? We close with a Goddess Sharing Circle.
Class Themes: “This is one of my favourite themes.” Rameet introduces a remarkable practice for divine feminine manifestation: Shifting our reality by working with the quantum realm. We learn to work with the power of our thoughts, visualizations and emotions to create a powerful momentum towards what we desire to create. We work with our frequency state and DAIL INTO the energetic ‘station’ of self-love, possibilities, and abundance. Rameet offers teachings on the infinite possibilities state that exists here and now.
The Process: We go into a group practice to explore your most empowered and abundant self. Rameet introduces timeline anchoring, a potent therapeutic writing process where you meet this version of yourself who already exists within you. You develop your own "empowered goddess timeline" script to practice over the week. We close with a Goddess Sharing Circle!
Class Themes: EXPANSION is not just about something you do physically, it is a new mindset, a way of thinking and feeling about yourself and the world. In this concluding class we go into a ceremony of rebirthing into our greater self, and releasing with love, the old versions of ourselves. This leads the way to your expansion.
The Process: Experience a powerful “The Mask & Our True Self” art therapy activity. Through the five-question process, you uncover all the ways you have not been living authentically, and the limits you have placed on yourself. We then paint the first mask, with love and awareness, to represent the old self.
PART 2: We take a short break, then we continue the journey. Through a guided visualization and the five-question process, we uncover who your real self is. We welcome her in - working with paints, feathers, stickers, and other craft items, you will create the second mask that reveals your true essence.
We complete the final class with a letting go and rebirth ceremony: releasing the old mask and stepping into our authentic self, embodying our true-self mask.
This is going to be a powerful group experience. As women come together, we create deep collective shifts by working with the realm of our Inner Goddess, Source energy, and the wisdom of the Heart.

Insurance covered as Group Psychotherapy Session — receipts will be provided.
Fee is $130 per class. Participants will pay in 2 installments of $260.
This is a 4-session series — payment is made for the whole series. Reach out if you have any questions or cannot make one class for any reason. More details will be provided once you reach out to join. Any questions regarding insurance and receipt submission will be answered.
